The IRS is constantly changing rulings on Section 125, Section 106 and others.  This notice came out regarding the “Use-It-Or-Lose-It” component of Flexible Spending Accounts.  Starting in 2014, $500 can be rolled over into the next year if unused by employees.  There are restrictions so I would encourage you to read the IRS notice attached here.

The WSJ printed an article today regarding a woman’s story in California that is a stage IV cancer patient.  It is an eye opening read.  The blame from the WH is now it’s the insurance carrier’s fault.  This is becoming a huge misrepresentation and they want the public to fall for it.  The carrier UHG (Minnesota based) HAD to cancel the plan since it did not have all the coverage required by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.  If Obamacare was not enacted, she would still be on the same plan.
